Get to know your team:

TreeDots is a platform that helps to redistribute unsold inventories in the F&B market from suppliers to businesses like restaurants, cafes, etc. Through this platform, we aim to improve efficiency and productivity of F&B users to achieve more with less resources and to prevent any unnecessary wastage.

We are looking for a Sales (door to door) Executive to join our family!

As a Sales (door to door) Executive, you will play a key role in value adding F&B businesses through our products and our technology.

Responsibilities:

  1. Identify and source potential buyer accounts
  2. Reach out to potential new accounts in-person meetings at customer locations to fact find, generate leads and closing the sale
  3. Liaise with internal teams to secure fulfillment and enhance sales efforts
  4. Build and maintain current and potential client relationships
  5. Respond to customers enquiries in a timely manner to ensure customer satisfaction
  6. Ensure individual sales targets are met
  7. Liaise with relevant departments to drive customer resolution
  8. Reach out to customers who are late on payments and arrange for payment collections
Requirements:

  1. Immune to customer rejections (#1 trait to succeed in this role)
  2. Proven work experience as any form of sales position or relevant roles
  3. Highly performance driven
  4. Strong verbal and written communication skills
  5. Great communication and interpersonal skills, able to talk and listen to anyone and everyone
  6. Ability to work under pressure with patience and persistence
  7. Quick thinker, resilient and eager to tackle new, complex, and/or unstructured problems
  8. Strong ownership in your performance and its impact to the company
  9. Proficiency in multiple languages and dialects preferred
  10. Required to have own (bikes and cars) transportation (transportation included)
Working hours:

Location: various zones in Singapore; Note: this is a frontline role that caters to customer needs

Compensation package:

  1. Offer rate is $3,300 (with transport allowance) + up to 1.5% commission (highest in the industry)
  2. Our highest paid sales person achieves total $11,000 monthly payout before transportation allowance
  3. (Note: your latest payslip will be required to be submitted when offered the position)
