As an Outdoor Programme Executive, you will be responsible for the following duties:

1. Lead outdoor programmes for children as assigned.
2. Work closely with the team to ensure programmes are delivered effectively and align with established learning objectives.
3. Visit schools and conduct briefings for principals, teachers, and parents, offering clear explanations and demonstrations of programme content as required.
4. Maintain exceptional customer service standards to ensure a positive experience for all stakeholders.
5. Develop, organize, and create activity content tailored to children's needs and market demands.
6. Identify new opportunities to expand and enhance the programme.
7. Conduct thorough risk assessments and implement health and safety planning.
8. Support the recruitment, training, and management of Adjunct Outdoor Instructors.
9. Collaborate with the team to ensure clear communication of resource requirements for delivering high-quality programmes and experiences.
10. Work closely with partners to develop and implement joint programs, initiatives, and events.
11. Assess and track the impact of partnership activities to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
12. Any other ad hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Possess a Diploma/Degree in Early Childhood Education with experience in leading outdoor programmes for children.
