  • Always excited to exceed your limits and have shown success in meeting monthly targets
  • A proven sales hunter and closer with more than 2 – 5 years of experience in B2B SaaS sales and a strong track record in exceeding personal targets.
  • (Bonus) Experienced in HR/ Productivity solutions for the F&B/Retail/ blue collar industry.
You Will Find Yourself

  • Similar to a sports team, work hard, play hard and chase the victory as a team.
  • Being part of the company’s growth momentum and working with the Head of Sales to share ideas and new business development strategies.
  • Generate new business opportunities to fuel the sales pipeline.
  • Being consistent and accountable through outbound activities such as cold calling, referrals, and networking.
  • Diligently follow up and set meetings between (prospective) customers and sales executives.
  • Build a lasting and genuine relationship with decision-makers to maintain the possibility of future sales.
  • Diligently fill up CRM (I.E HubSpot) and collate personal sales stats.
  • Utilize business and industry knowledge to research accounts, identify key players, generate interest, create/identify compelling events, and develop accounts.
  • Being accountable for personal results.
  • End to end sales cycle from lead generation, prospecting and closing.
  • Working with the product success team on implementation handover and working with the marketing team on demand generation insights.
  • Achieving targets as a team!
