Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced OTC Execution Trader to join our dynamic team in Asia. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in execution trading within OTC markets and will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and precise execution of trades across multiple asset classes. This role requires excellent communication skills, deep market knowledge, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute OTC trades efficiently across various asset classes, ensuring minimal slippage and adherence to risk parameters.
• Maintain and develop relationships with counterparties, including brokers, liquidity providers, and other market participants.
• Monitor market conditions to identify trading opportunities and provide insights to the trading and research teams.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate trade settlement and resolve any discrepancies. Support the development and refinement of execution strategies to optimize trading outcomes.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and internal risk management protocols.

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of experience in execution trading within OTC markets.
• Proven expertise in multi-asset trading (e.g., equities, FX, fixed income, or commodities).
• Strong understanding of OTC market structures, pricing, and liquidity.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for managing counterparty relationships.
• Ability to perform under pressure and make quick decisions in a high-paced trading environment.
• Fluency in English.
• Based in Asia, the US or willing to relocate immediately.
