ORIGINALS FURNITURE is a fast-growing furniture retailer that prides itself on retailing unique and authentic home furniture and accessories.

Products are sourced globally, and we have many unique shipments every month. It's an ambitious undertaking, and things around here are fast-paced and fun.

Every day is a good mix of friends, as well as new and returning clients. Everyone wears more than a few hats and knows how to tailor our shop's service to a particular client.

ROLE

A Senior Client Advisor / Client Advisor contributes actively to the store sales and key indicators achievement by providing a unique, memorable, sophisticated, and everlasting experience to all external and internal clients. This role also supports the management team and colleagues while consistently upholding the company core values.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Provide outstanding client and after-sale service to all visitors and clients.
2. Show passion in connecting and reconnecting with clients, putting them at the center, identifying their needs, and anticipating their future requests.
3. Cultivate a robust client portfolio to secure a proactive and growing business.
4. Drive performance to exceed individual sales and KPI goals by having a business mindset and an entrepreneurial approach.
5. Create personalized, versatile, and timeless silhouettes for the client and demonstrate your passion for the fashion culture.
6. Show a transparent and genuine attitude with the client and create a unique connection with them.
7. Communicate in a professional and authentic way with clients and colleagues.
8. Effectively use all available tools to optimize business opportunities.
9. Proactively support the front and back-of-house teams and their achievements, ultimately enhancing the overall team spirit.
10. Adhere to all company policies and operational procedures.

PROFILE

1. Preferred professional experience in providing high-quality service focused on client expectations, i.e., in fashion & accessory retail, customer service, or luxury hospitality.
2. Personal taste and passion for interior design.
3. Natural business mindset and entrepreneurial spirit.
4. Open-minded and looking for a company valuing authenticity and excellence.
5. Strong team spirit to achieve common goals.
6. Comfortable using tools and applications, with a fast learning ability for new technologies.
7. Motivated to work in a fast-paced environment, able to multitask and prioritize.
8. Proactive, enthusiastic, and with a problem-solving attitude.
9. Accuracy and attention to detail.
10. Ability to safely lift boxes of up to 15kgs.
11. Strong proficiency in written and spoken English.

WORKING HOURS / LOCATION

1. 5 Day Work Week (Includes 1 weekend day).
2. 10am - 7pm.
