This position reports to Service Team Leader
Your role and responsibilities In this role, you will have the opportunity to provide support services to businesses in various administrative areas. Each day, you will engage internal customers and showcase your expertise by driving efficient support services. The work model for the role is: Hybrid #LI-Hybrid. This role contributes to the Electrification Services Business Division in Singapore. You will be mainly accountable for:
Implementing customer support strategy to achieve targets levels of service quality, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
Focusing on achievement of inventory turn on finished goods, requested On-time Delivery, and Net Promoter Score (NPS).
Processing orders by coordinating with sales, product marketing, logistics, and other internal teams to ensure that customers receive accurate and timely delivery of products, acting as the first port of call to customers' questions and orders.
Ensuring accuracy of ERP with regard to commercial master data, payment/trade policy, customer contracts, etc.
Supporting sales team in pre-sales or after-sales service with resolution of customer issues and by ensuring effective and efficient customer communication using specific commercial communication tools.
Implementing HSE and business compliance standards and regulations in the area of responsibility.
Implementing and ensuring compliance with global and local standards, rules, tools, policies, and processes related to operations/project execution and sharing functional best practices and lessons learned across the organization.
Ensuring that the teams and partners are fully compliant regarding business ethics and compliance.
Work Order, Case, and Service Appointment creation in Field Service Lightning (Salesforce).
SAP functions that include: materials and subcontractor PR creation; GR/SES processing; DO creation; Project Teco and Warranty Creation; Order Log and Delog; PS module creation and others.
Qualifications for the role
Possess NITEC or Diploma qualification
Possess 1 or 2 years experience in Order Handling/Management and Invoicing
Possess SAP knowledge
