Job description
Customer Service Manager (Order Fulfillment) Salary: Up to $8,000/month + AWS + VB Location: One-North Working Days: Mon-Fri (8.30-5.30) (WFH on Thurs & Fri)
Responsibilities:
Possess strong supply chain expertise and a professional approach to customer service, building strong partnerships with all stakeholders.
Oversee the entire process of customer purchase order (PO) booking through to shipment execution.
Address critical customer complaints and issues promptly, providing timely and professional resolutions.
Develop and implement customer service procedures and standard operating procedures (SOPs) while setting up Quote-to-Cash (QTC) processes in compliance with internal policies.
Maintain a thorough understanding of business operations to support revenue goals for the assigned division through effective backorder management.
Prepare and present weekly reports; analyze data to identify key issues and provide actionable recommendations.
Serve as the primary point of contact for critical cases, collaborating with factory, commercial, and finance teams to ensure prompt and seamless resolutions.
Lead and grow a customer service team, consistently driving outstanding performance.
Foster a culture of excellence, inclusivity, and continuous improvement within the team.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics/Supply Chain, or an equivalent field.
Minimum 8 years of working experience in Order Fulfillment/Supply Chain or relevant function.
Experience in Order to Cash (OTC).
Proficiency in Excel & SAP.
In-depth knowledge of logistics and a solid understanding of customer service and supply chain management.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
