The Opportunity

Adecco is partnering with a MNC Industrial Battery Manufacturer. We are looking for a Order Fulfillment Specialist (Manufacturing, SAP SD) to join their business!

Reporting to the Customer Service Manager, we are looking for someone with experience in processing sales orders manually in SAP SD (Sales and Distribution Module).

• Permanent, Full-time opportunity
• Location: West region, Tuas
• Working hours: Monday - Friday, 8.30am to 5.30pm
• Salary Package: up to $3,500 basic + VB

The Job

• Promptly responding to customer queries via e-mail, live chat, video, phone
• Processing clients' orders with SAP ERP software
• Arranging for shipments, deliveries, and import/export documentation (i.e. preliminary packing list, delivery note, POD, safety data sheet, bill of lading)
• Creation of Certificate of Origin and export documents
• Managing LC negotiation with customers/bank
• Creating Purchase Requisition for non-standard materials and installation with direct contact with installers
• Collection of documents for Export control procedure with relevant registration/record
• Collection of documents for regulations with relevant registration/record

The Talent

• Experience in using SAP (Sales and Distribution)
• Prior experience from the Manufacturing industry
• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience (Sales Order / Order Processing / Warehouse Operation)
