To perform accurate entries of all sales orders into the SAP system and maintain up-to-date customers order status as well as ensure timely delivery.
To respond to all customers enquiries, requests for information and feedback on a timely basis.
To provide support to the sales team on customers requests and issues and provide appropriate solutions to enhance overall customer satisfaction.
To work closely with cross functions like Manufacturing, Product Managers, Finance, Logistics, Quality, Field Service, and Sales to develop successful business relationships with customers.
To ensure proper documentation and order processes are in compliance with corporate policies on order and revenue recognition, pricing, and standard procedures.
To perform other duties as assigned.
Requirement
Possesses Diploma / Certificate in Business Administration with at least 2-3 years relevant working experience from a semiconductors sales and marketing environment.
Has strong communication skills and is service oriented.
Preferably with SAP experience.
Has maturity, is independent, and possesses accountability as well as ownership.
Able to work as a team.
Focus on accuracy and strategies, able to perform critical thinking.
Willingness to learn and practice continuous improvement to strive for excellence.
Ability to be an independent problem solver and perform critical thinking.
