The Fulfilment Executive (Key Account) is responsible for providing exceptional service and support to assigned key accounts. The role involves managing client inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring that clients receive the highest level of satisfaction with the company’s products and services. The Fulfilment Executive (Key Account) serves as the primary liaison between the client and internal departments, helping to maintain strong, long-term relationships.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Order Processing & Inventory Management:
    • Main point of contact and handling key accounts’ day-to-day inquiries and requests regarding products, services, and order status to ensure their satisfaction.
    • Process and review sales orders for order accuracy, delivery process and track order progress.
    • Provide quotations, check on stock availability, shipping schedule within established guidelines.
    • Monitor and manage inventory levels.
    • Coordinate reorders with the inventory team.
  • Customer Communication & Order Fulfillment:
    • Address inquiries and provide updates on order status.
    • Resolve issues related to orders.
    • Coordinate with the warehouse for timely shipping.
    • Generate and process shipping documents.
    • Responsible for punctual customer payment.
    • Be the first contact point for complaints and claims handling process.
    • Monitor the progress of orders, resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Data Entry and Documentation & Coordination/Collaboration:
    • Update customer information and maintain accurate order records.
    • Work with sales and logistics for smooth processing.
    • Coordinate with internal teams to fulfil customer requirements.
    • Proactively identify potential issues and act in a timely and effective manner in ensuring customers’ satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Diploma/Degree in Supply Chain Management, Accounting, Procurement, Operations, or related field
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
  • Proficiency in order management systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Proficiency in accounting software such as AutoCount.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
