About the role

Lead and Market:

1. Bring core capabilities to drive OCI discussions and lead
2. Lead and drive pre-sales and lead closure
3. Collaborate with stakeholders to market events

Design and Implementation:

1. Develop and implement cloud infrastructure solutions using Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI).
2. Ensure the architecture aligns with business goals and is scalable, reliable, and cost-effective.
3. Design and manage CI/CD pipelines to automate deployment processes.

Optimization and Management:

1. Optimize cloud services for performance, cost, and security.
2. Implement and manage data processing pipelines and storage solutions.
3. Ensure compliance with security standards and best practices.

Consultation and Support:

1. Provide technical consulting to stakeholders and advise on OCI solutions and best practices.
2. Conduct workshops, training sessions, and documentation for users and clients.
3. Offer technical support, troubleshoot issues, and resolve service disruptions.

Collaboration and Innovation:

1. Work closely with development, operations, and data teams to enhance cloud operations.
2. Evaluate and recommend new OCI services and technologies to drive innovation.

About you

Technical Proficiency:

1. In-depth knowledge of Oracle Cloud Infrastructure and its services.
2. Knowledge of competition and AWS, Google, and articulate value differentiators.
3. Knowledge of multi-cloud strategy with OCI using multi-connect with other hyperscalers.
4. Experience with cloud architecture, DevOps practices, and automation tools.
5. Proficiency in programming, scripting, and data engineering techniques.

Problem-Solving and Communication:

1. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
2. Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration and consultation.
3. Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

Certifications and Experience:

1. Relevant certifications in OCI and cloud technologies.
2. Proven experience in cloud engineering, architecture, and operations.
