Oracle Finance Executive

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Oracle Finance Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial systems, particularly Oracle ERP, and will play a key role in managing and optimizing our financial processes. This position requires a proactive individual with excellent analytical skills, a deep understanding of financial operations, and the ability to work collaboratively across teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation within the Oracle system.
• Manage and testing of the Oracle modules, ensuring accurate and efficient operations.
• Troubleshoot and resolve Oracle-related issues, providing technical support and training to end-users.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline financial processes and improve system efficiency.
• Support the implementation of system upgrades, enhancements, and integrations.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, financial regulations, and internal policies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration.
• Proven experience working with Oracle Financials (e.g., Oracle E-Business Suite, Oracle Cloud ERP).
• Strong understanding of financial processes.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with Oracle Cloud ERP or Oracle Fusion.
• Knowledge of SQL or other data query tools.
• Familiarity with financial risk management and internal controls.
