Conduct centralized and in-house training program, technical training and assessment for all levels of managers and barista in compliance with CBTL standards.
Update changes to the in-house training programs, training policies and procedures, inclusive of all training manuals.
Conduct training audit on Coffee Bean and Tea Leaf Outlets.
Manage and maintain Training Centre and achieve a high standard of cost effectiveness, neatness, and up-to-date equipment quality.
Responsible for Training Manual update.
Conduct regular checks as part of auditing.
Conduct station skills assessment for promotion or confirmation.
Conduct regular follow-up on Trainee Manager.
Order training materials and maintain adequate stock.
Housekeeping and maintaining training library.
Maintain proper records of all managers’ training needs and to constantly monitor their progress.
Attend meetings as and when directed by the Director of Training & Development.
Carry out additional functions and special projects as may be directed by the Director of Training & Development, from time to time.
MAIN QUALIFICATION / EXPERIENCE / SKILL AND ABILITY
Diploma in relevant field (e.g. F&B, Hospitality Management).
Possess good communication skills and interpersonal skills.
Possess good presentation skills.
PC literate and well-organized.
At least 2 years working experience in a similar position in the F&B industry.
