Responsibilities
Maintain all plant equipment, machines and accessories in good condition to meet production targets (quality and quantity) and ensure correct can and carton codes are used at all times.
Ensure safety, personal hygiene, and GMP at the workplace.
Install, maintain, repair & troubleshoot equipment and machines efficiently.
Ensure jobs are completed within the timeline.
Record production, machine data & checklist accurately and promptly.
Conduct planned/preventive maintenance according to S.O.P and work instructions.
Ensure tools are in good condition and in the correct place (practice 5S).
Report any equipment faults and spare part usage to the superior for further action.
Carry out assignments given by the supervisor from time to time.
Requirements
At least 1 year of experience in the Food Manufacturing field.
Independent with a positive working attitude.
Prior experience in ISO & HACCP factories will be an advantage.
Experience with Automated Food Manufacturing Equipment.
Singaporean only.
