Reports to: Operation Support Manager

Office Address: 1550 Bedok North Ave 4 Singapore 489950

Working Hours: 5.0 Day work week (44 working hours/week)

Full Day: 9.00am – 6.00pm (occasionally overtime may be required)

Basic Salary Range: $2200 - $2400

Salary Pay Out date: 5th/7th of the following month

Annual Wage Supplement: 1.0 month

Variable/Performance Bonus: available (twice in a year)

Probation Period: 3 months (includes time for training) (Salary adjustment applicable should candidate be confirmed in her position).

Additional Requirements:

  • Individual must be willing to work on weekends & Public Holidays (should situation require)
  • 1 day off in lieu/leave will be returned for work done on weekend/Public Holiday
  • Annual Leave – 7 days annual. Increase 1 day for every year worked. Maximum is 14 days
  • Sick Leave is 14 days / Hospitalisation Leave including sick leave is 60 days
  • Birthday Leave - 1 day and Family Day Leave - 1 day
  • Medical Reimbursement - $40/visit (Capped at $600/year)
  • Dental Reimbursement: $100/year
  • Detailed terms & conditions shall be written in the employment contract

Key Responsibilities:

Administrative Support:

  • Perform a variety of administrative tasks including accepting tour bookings, managing schedules, handling correspondence, preparing reports, and maintaining records.
  • Act as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.

Operational Support:

  • Outlet onsite attachment to familiarise and keep up to date with operations flow.
  • To attend operations related activities.

Communication:

  • Draft, edit, and distribute correspondence, memos, and other documents.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing communications, including emails, phone calls, and Whatsapp.

Scheduling and Coordination:

  • Arrange meetings and/or appointments when required.
  • Coordinate and prepare for meetings, including setting agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items.

Project Support:

  • Assist with special projects, research, and compiling data as needed.
  • Collaborate with various departments to ensure project deadlines are met.

Data Management:

  • Maintain and update databases, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and adhere to data protection protocols.

Customer Service (Tour Agencies):

  • Address inquiries from Tour Agencies in a professional and timely manner.
  • Provide basic customer service and resolve any issues promptly when required.
