Operations Supervisor / Pitstop Supervisor (Marine Vessel Operations)

• 5 days work week

• Location: East

• Basic up to 3200

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate pitstop operations for incoming/outgoing vessels including crew change, refueling, loading/unloading of supplies, waste disposal, and maintenance tasks.

• Ensure all pitstop activities are executed promptly and safely to minimize vessel downtime.

• Liaise with port authorities, marine crew, bunkering teams, and service vendors to ensure operational smoothness.

• Oversee deployment and task assignments of technicians, launch boat crew, and support staff.

• Monitor progress and ensure adherence to safety, environmental, and regulatory standards.

• Conduct on-site briefings and safety checks before commencement of pitstop operations.

• Maintain operational logs, incident reports, and job completion records.

• Identify operational issues and recommend process improvements to minimize turnaround time.

Requirements:

• Preferably to have work experience in marine/maritime industry.

• Ability to supervise the work of marine workers.

• Ability to work in open space, hot sun environment.
