Collaborate with clients or internal teams to understand event requirements and expectations.

Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and other external partners for logistics (e.g., catering, AV equipment, furniture, transportation).
Oversee scheduling and ensure that the event follows a timely plan.
Ensure compliance with regulations, safety standards, and legal requirements for the event.
2. Team Management:
Supervise and lead a team of event coordinators, staff, and volunteers.
Assign tasks and responsibilities to team members and ensure they are executed efficiently.
Provide training and guidance to staff on event procedures, customer service, and safety protocols.
Ensure that staff is motivated, productive, and equipped to handle their responsibilities.
3. On-Site Event Management:
Oversee the setup and teardown of events, ensuring all logistical elements are in place (e.g., signage, seating, decorations).
Monitor the event's progress, troubleshoot issues, and make real-time decisions to address challenges.
Liaise with event clients, ensuring satisfaction and addressing any concerns or issues that arise.
Ensure smooth operations during the event, including managing crowd control, coordinating speakers or performers, and ensuring the schedule is adhered to.
4. Post-Event Duties:
Oversee post-event evaluations and feedback collection from clients and staff.
Ensure that all post-event procedures (e.g., cleanup, return of rented equipment) are completed promptly.
Provide event reports and data analysis, including evaluating the success of the event and recommending improvements for future events.
5. Client Relations:
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients during the event's operational phase.
Maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations are exceeded.
Address any client feedback or complaints efficiently and professionally.
