Job Title: Operations Specialist

Job Description:

We're looking for an Operations Specialist to join our team at Skyline Communications. As an Operations Specialist, you'll be responsible for maintaining advanced DataMiner Systems, resolving customer issues, and providing consultation to help customers realize the full potential of their system.

What You'll Do:

1. Maintain advanced DataMiner Systems by resolving customer issues.
2. Guarantee maximum service availability.
3. Provide consultation to help customers realize the full potential of their system.
4. Work closely together with both squad and chapter members in an agile environment.
5. Maintain high-quality standards and provide internal departments with product feedback.

What You'll Need:

1. TCP/IP (firewalls, routers, etc.)
2. Knowledge of multithreading, web services, .Net Remoting, and Wireshark.
3. Basic knowledge of C# is preferred, or good experience with a similar language.
4. Experience with HTML, XML, client-server systems, and SNMP.
5. Strong affinity with MS Windows operating systems.
6. Knowledge of MySQL and Cassandra is an asset.
7. Basic familiarity with HFC broadband, IPTV, broadcast, and satellite systems is a plus.
