Operations Representative & Sales Support

We are a U.S.-listed Fortune 100 energy products-related marketing, trading, and financial company seeking an Operations Representative & Sales Support for our Singapore office. This is a full-time position with visa sponsorship for eligible candidates.

Responsibilities

1. Issue Purchase Orders promptly to suppliers, ensuring accurate and timely acknowledgments to facilitate smooth product delivery.
2. Monitor the status of purchase orders, proactively liaising with suppliers to expedite as needed to meet customer requirements.
3. Handle sales inquiries by working closely with global offices and suppliers across an international network.
4. Maintain and update customer profiles in the system after obtaining the necessary approvals.
5. Input pricing accurately for invoicing and ensure all billing processes are error-free.
6. Coordinate with the technical department to address and follow up on customer inquiries effectively.
7. Support oil traders in BackOffice operations to streamline sales and trading activities.

Qualifications

1. A degree in a related field or equivalent qualification (preferred service-related departments such as Air Operations Division or Secretariat Division).
2. Fluency in English (spoken and written) for business communication.
3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
4. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for seamless collaboration with teams and clients.
5. Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
