Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Project Manager to lead the implementation of our Workforce Management program. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end execution of the program, ensuring alignment with global standards and best practices, and driving continuous improvement in workforce management processes. The program includes a review and development of existing costing and planning.
Key Responsibilities
Lead ISS Singapore Workforce Management and operational planning project in ISS Singapore, including a review and proposal for the processes including costing, workforce planning, shift planning, time & attendance, hours management, and value capturing, through the aspects of People, Process, and Systems.
Develop and maintain a comprehensive project plan outlining key milestones, deliverables, timelines, and resource needs.
Lead the pilot phase of the Workforce Management program in ISS Singapore, ensuring transparency of current state and identifying gaps between current local practices and global standards.
Drive ISS Singapore operational planning agenda forward, covering and interlinking areas of costing, rostering, scheduling, productivity benchmarking, compliance, and resource optimization.
Lead other operational excellence projects.
Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field. Project Management Certification preferred.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management and/or workforce management and/or operational planning or a related field.
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence senior executives.
Proven budget management skills with experience in cost control.
Excellent problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.
Experience in managing cross-functional teams and driving projects to successful completion.
Knowledge of workforce management best practices and tools.
