Operations Performance Manager – Workforce Management and Operational Planning

Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Project Manager to lead the implementation of our Workforce Management program. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end execution of the program, ensuring alignment with global standards and best practices, and driving continuous improvement in workforce management processes. The program includes a review and development of existing costing and planning.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead ISS Singapore Workforce Management and operational planning project in ISS Singapore, including a review and proposal for the processes including costing, workforce planning, shift planning, time & attendance, hours management, and value capturing, through the aspects of People, Process, and Systems.
• Develop and maintain a comprehensive project plan outlining key milestones, deliverables, timelines, and resource needs.
• Lead the pilot phase of the Workforce Management program in ISS Singapore, ensuring transparency of current state and identifying gaps between current local practices and global standards.
• Drive ISS Singapore operational planning agenda forward, covering and interlinking areas of costing, rostering, scheduling, productivity benchmarking, compliance, and resource optimization.
• Lead other operational excellence projects.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field. Project Management Certification preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management and/or workforce management and/or operational planning or a related field.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence senior executives.
• Proven budget management skills with experience in cost control.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.
• Experience in managing cross-functional teams and driving projects to successful completion.
• Knowledge of workforce management best practices and tools.
