Operations Manager (Logistics) | Up to $5000 + AWS + VB | EAST

Salary: Up to $5000 + AWS + VB

Location: Changi

Working days: 5.5-day work week (Mon-Fri: 9 AM - 6 PM, Sat: 9 AM - 1 PM).

Job Responsibilities:

1. Oversee the operations department, managing a team of 10 staff members.
2. Ensure smooth daily operations for both air and sea shipments.
3. Address and resolve operational issues and problems.
4. Maintain discipline within the operations department.
5. Must be familiar with Singapore Customs, Airlines, and Shipping Lines.
6. Should be self-motivated, independent, and proactive in work.
7. A pleasant personality with strong initiative is required.
8. Demonstrate leadership abilities.

Requirements:

1. Report directly to the management.
2. Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable using computers.
3. Ability to work odd hours if required.
