Operations Manager (Lift Maintenance)

We are looking for an experienced and hands-on Lift Maintenance Manager to lead our maintenance operations. This role is ideal for someone with strong leadership skills and a solid background in the lift industry. The manager will be responsible for supervising a team of technicians, ensuring safety standards are met, and handling essential administrative duties.

Job Description:

1. Lead and supervise the lift maintenance team, including scheduling, assigning tasks, training, and evaluating performance
2. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards
3. Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and internal departments to support maintenance operations
4. Handle and maintain proper documentation, reports, and other required paperwork
5. Respond to and resolve escalated technical issues efficiently

Requirements:

1. Minimum 5 years of experience in the lift/elevator industry
2. At least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role
3. Strong understanding of lift systems and safety regulations
4. Excellent leadership, team management, and communication skills
5. Able to work independently and handle day-to-day operations confidently

Other Information:

1. Location: East Area (Kaki Bukit)
2. Working hours: Monday to Friday (with alternate half-day Saturday), 9am to 6pm
3. Salary will commensurate with experiences and suitability
