Salary: Up to $7K

Job Scope

• Preparing contracts for external stakeholders (including maintenance contracts)
• Preparing budget for the medical centre
• Preparing presentations for internal/external stakeholders
• Liaising with internal stakeholders e.g. Finance, HR, IT
• Liaising with external stakeholders e.g. contractors, vendors, hospitals, dormitories, government agencies and landlord
• Participate in procuring various services for the medical centre
• Regularly processing and reviewing invoices, outsourced services and centre's licenses
• Data entry and consolidation
• Prepare and coordinate licensing and audits (MOH, NEA and MOM)
• Reporting officer of admin and operations team, overall in charge of rostering, staff development and appraisals
• Liaison person for research projects
• Preparing monthly workload statistics / dental reports
• Overseeing Primary Care Plan (PCP) onboarding and off-boarding
  
  

• Min. Degree in Business Administration or any relevant field
• Min. 3-5 years relevant experience in operations preferably healthcare
