Analyse financial and operational data to generate reports and support strategic decision-making
Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams, vendors, insurers, and external partners to streamline operations and billing processes
Lead and support new initiatives, including digital transformation, automation, and financial process enhancements
What we're looking for
Bachelor Degree in Healthcare/ Business Administration or a related studies
4 - 5 years of experience in healthcare administration in the supervisory capacity, preferably in a clinical setting or cancer center will be an advantage
Strong knowledge of patient billing, insurance claims, revenue cycle management, and financial regulations
Leadership and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work across multiple teams
Analytical mindset with experience in process improvement
