Job description

Job Responsibilities:

  1. Oversee and execute operational processes in a cost-effective manner that is aligned with the Company’s SOP.
  2. Lead the Retail Ops team to deliver within specific standards and schedules required, including sales targets.
  3. Maintain and improve the overall performance of the café, kiosk, and shops on a regular basis, including cost analysis, manpower management, equipment maintenance, and monitoring of processes.
  4. Collaborate closely with the Marketing team to develop Marketing Strategies and Promotion plans to successfully market the assigned brand portfolio to the desired audience.
  5. Manage and supervise the Retail Ops team to ensure maximum utilization of the manpower allocated.
  6. Conduct regular audits and manage the team at optimal manning levels, ensuring compliance with food hygiene standards and operating procedures.
  7. Foster close, professional, and effective connections with external contractors/suppliers to ensure that they deliver in accordance with mutually-accepted agreements and the highest quality levels.

Job Requirements:

  1. Preferably a Diploma holder with a minimum of 10 years of F&B experience.
  2. Good interpersonal and communication skills with a cheerful personality.
  3. Effective planning, project management, and organization skills.
  4. Knowledge of food hygiene and Health and Safety requirements.
  5. A good understanding of quality assurance, procedures, and protocols.
  6. Strong presentation and communication skills (verbal and written).
  7. Able to perform rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
