Key Responsibilities:
Budgeting & Financial Management:
Develop and manage budgets, ensuring financial efficiency through data-driven decisions.
Procurement & Vendor Management:
Oversee procurement for services (linen, food) and manage vendor relationships to ensure quality and cost-effectiveness.
Staff Management:
Lead recruitment, training, and performance evaluations, fostering a positive work environment.
Project Management:
Drive cross-functional projects to improve operational efficiency and patient care.
Compliance & Hospital Inspections:
Ensure regulatory compliance, serving as the liaison for hospital inspections and accreditation.
Claims & Service Management:
Oversee claims processes (e.g., Medi-fund), ensuring accuracy and timely submissions.
Operational Services:
Manage linen, laundry, food services, and bed availability to ensure smooth hospital operations.
Collaboration & Communication:
Work closely with clinical and administrative teams to improve service delivery and patient satisfaction.

Job Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in healthcare operations management, with a focus on services such as linen and laundry, food services, or patient management.
