Job Purpose
• To ensure smooth day-to-day operations of a medical centre in accordance with the direction provided by the senior leadership team.
• To assist the Clinical Head in managing a team of doctors, clinic operation executives, dispensary technicians, nurses, and administrative executives.
• To provide timely and accurate reports for clinical, financial, business development, and operational purposes.
Duties and Responsibilities
(I) Primary Responsibilities and Duties (80%)
• Report to the Head of the Operations Department in HQ and assist the Clinical Head, FFMC in all tasks relating to the medical centre operations.
• Manage the operations and KPIs of the various sections within the centre.
• Provide leadership, support, and guidance to all staff within the centre.
• Effectively manage risk and assess opportunities for continuous improvement. Plan and drive changes to improve the performance of the centre operations.
• Periodically get feedback from patients to ensure their needs are met.
• Work closely with HQ and the Clinical Head, FFMC to disseminate relevant key messages and marketing information to patients.
• Monitor and drive operational and financial performance of the centre.
• Ensure that all operations of the centre meet relevant government and legal requirements.
• Ensure all clinical and operational KPIs of the clinic are met or exceeded.
• Any other duties and responsibilities as delegated by HQ when needed.
(II) Secondary Responsibilities and Duties (20%)
• Participate in engagement with public, private, and community healthcare or business entities with a view to collaborations or partnerships.
• Review marketing and pricing strategies in conjunction with HQ.
• Assist the Clinical Head, FFMC in reviewing policy and procedure manuals on a regular basis.
Job Specification/Requirements
• Possess a relevant university degree.
• Possess a minimum of 2 years in healthcare administration and operations experience.
• Able to work independently.
• Possess good supervisory and management skills.
• Possess good listening and communication skills.
• Possess good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Possess good Microsoft Office IT skills – Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Location: Clementi
Working Hours: Monday to Friday 8.15 am to 5.15 pm
