SUMMARY:

The Operations Manager assists the Branch Manager in monitoring security personnel's site performance in delivering quality services. Liaise with clients on all contract matters, including work planning, performance monitoring, complaint handling, training, emergency services, and equipment acquisition Coordinate the clients’ requirements with the Company to achieve maximum customer satisfaction and profitability for the company.


JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Manage and oversee site leaders, supervising site operations and ensuring efficient operation on a day-to-day basis. Plan the daily deployment schedule to ensure the contractual headcount requirement is fulfilled. Ensure security personnel follow the SOP at the site and meet the customer’s contractual requirements.

  • Assistin enforcing & implementingsecuritymeasures.
  • Support theconductingof securitybriefingsfornewemployees andworkers.
  • Maintainemergency preparednessprocedures andprocessesforemergency situations.
  • MaintainCrisis Management Rooms,SOPs,equipmentandinstructions.
  • Meeting withclientsto resolveissues& preparingmeetingminutes.
  • Managing shortfall&deployment ofofficers.
  • Ensure operationscapabilityof allassignments assignedtotheindividual person.
  • Update clientson dailymanpowerdeployment.
  • Monitordailyattendanceandensuresecuritypersonnelpunctuality atrespective assignments.
  • Maintain goodworkingrelationships with clients through regular visits & responsestofeedback.
  • Ensure allsecurity personneldeployed attherespectiveassignmentare familiarwiththe SOP.
  • Conduct On-the-Job-Training(OJT) fornewpersonneldeployedto thesite.
  • Carryoutspot checksat respectiveassignmentsandensure strictcompliance,
  • Provide assistance andguidancetositesecurity personnelas andwhenrequested.
  • Respond to all emergenciesatrespectiveassignments (24/7).
  • Carryoutschedule night checksat specificassignments.
  • Standin atassignmentsas andwhenrequired.
  • Putup thehandover form at least 1 week before handing overassignments.
  • Conduct thesecurity riskassessment.
  • Scheduleandattendmeetings withclients andputup minutesthereafter.
  • Involve in incident investigations on site.
  • Maintain a positive, professional environment in full compliance with applicable laws, regulations, policies, and procedures and ensure that employees understand and comply with these laws, regulations, policies,andprocedures.
  • To perform any other duties assigned from time to time.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • Excellent organizational skills and high attention to detail.

  • Ability to receive direct or indirect instruction in written, oral, diagrammatic, or schedule form and act upon such instruction to accomplish a given task or project. In the event of unclear instruction, must have the ability to ask for clarification without prompting.
