Operation Manager

Our client in the information & communication technology industry is looking for a hands-on, strategic, and detail-oriented Operation Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead daily operations, streamline processes, and manage our on-ground team.
2. Oversee and ensure the efficient functioning of overall business operations.
3. Analyze sales data, report to key accounts, and research performance behavior.
4. Develop and implement strategies and procedures to enhance efficiency and productivity.

Key Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or related field.
2. Min 5 years of experience in operation, business improvement, merchandising management or similar and proven ability to lead a team.
3. Proficiency in using CRM software, Microsoft Office and other relevant tools.
4. Good communication & interpersonal skills.
