· Provide leadership for the company and its people.
· Ensure the smooth and efficient running of projects and overall operation of the company.
· Plan and manage internal and external resources to ensure project PICs can complete projects on time, on budget and with good quality.
· Develop, implement, and review operational policies and procedures to meet company’s goals.
· Help promote a company culture that encourages top performance and high morale.
· Oversee budgeting, reporting, planning, and auditing.
· Work with Finance on budgeting and cost control.
· Work with HR on the management, training and hiring of employees.
· Support worker communication with the management team.
· Reports to the director of the company.
Requirements:
· Experience in operations management for site installation of equipment or related fields.
· Experience in management, operations, and leadership in engineering companies.
· Experience of working in SMEs and/or subcontractor environment.
· Good interpersonal skills.
· Experience in a multi-racial and multi-culture environment.
· Experience with management of foreign workers.
· Able to travel overseas for business trips.
· Good understanding of general finance and budgeting.
· Ability to build consensus and relationships among management, employees and business partners.
· Excellent communication skills.
