Operations Manager

Job Description

• Coordinating with the Kitchen Team on Healthcare & Childcare Centre Cooked Fresh meals.
• Liaising with the Food Manufacturing Department on Ready to Heat (RTH) protein meals.
• Managing and tracking the monthly indent & purchase order for RTH (approx. 200 centres).
• Coordinate, arrange and track logistic routing / delivery schedules on a daily basis.
• Handle hygiene issues including working with the Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) Team on audit results.
• Liaise, coordinate and disseminate info internally within various departments.
• Client fronting including service recovery and managing feedback.
• Maintain and establish good relationships with stakeholders (Kitchen, Logistic partner & Clients).
• Any other duties as assigned by the Lead (Operations) from time to time.

Job Requirements

• Minimum 3 to 5 years of relevant experience.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision or guidance.
• Problem solver and able to proactively provide solutions to “live” operations.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Highly organized, meticulous and able to work under pressure.
• Sense of urgency.
