The Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing the operational functions of the Singapore office for the SEA-6 regional division. This includes the day-to-day running of internal processes, managing regional operational logistics, ensuring smooth publishing operations, and optimizing workflow for game launches. The Operations Manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams across Southeast Asia to enhance operational efficiency, scale processes, and ensure compliance with local regulations.
Responsibilities:
Oversee end-to-end game publishing operations in Singapore, including launch schedules, distribution channels, and after-launch support.
Develop and implement operational strategies to improve workflow, resource allocation, and task prioritization.
Monitor and track operational KPIs, providing regular reports to the management on efficiency, resource utilization, and cost-effectiveness.
Collaborate with cross-region marketing and product teams to ensure timely and smooth execution of game releases.
Coordinate with the management & finance team to manage budgets, forecasts, and expenditures related to operations.
Drive continuous process improvement initiatives, focusing on scaling and optimizing operations for game launches.
Manage a team of publishing specialists, ensuring smooth internal communication and coordination. Lead sub-region Game Acquisition team members, coaching & guiding the team to provide insightful conclusions for management decision
Drive data gathering, analytics, research & information procurement on the gaming industry, as well as internal project performance
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field
5+ years of experience in operations, with at years in the gaming industry as a bonus.
Strong understanding of game publishing operations, coaching, data metrics & local gaming market
Experience with data analysis and interpretation, using tools such as Excel or AI-related tools Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
Passion for the gaming industry and a strong understanding of the target audience and market trends
Fluent in English; proficiency in mandarin is a bonus
