Responsibilities:

• Provide inspired leadership for the organization.
• Make important planning, and strategy decisions.
• Develop, implement, and review operational policies and procedures.

• Oversee budgeting, reporting, planning
• Identify and address problems and opportunities for the company.
• Support worker communication with the management team.

• Experience in warehouse management, operations, and leadership.
• Ability to build consensus and relationships among employees.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Able to work under high pressure
• Able to work shift work including mid-night shift
