Operations & Maintenance Supervisor | Up to $4k | Joo Koon

Location: Jln Buroh

Working Days: 5.5 work week

Working hours: 7.30am to 4.30pm, Sat: 7.30am to 12.45pm

Salary: Up to $4000 (subject to qualifications and experience) + OT

Responsibilities

1. Plan and organize day-to-day operations of the facility.
2. Be responsible for the overall maintenance and repair works of the plant equipment.
3. Lead a group of workers, hauliers, and tanker attendants, addressing issues or grievances, and ensuring proper facilitation of their job assignments.
4. Oversee and commit to plant safety procedures: WHS, FS.
5. Ensure stock count for cylinder tracking is timely and accurately reflected in our in-house system.
6. Communicate with other departments or parts of the plant to ensure smooth operations.
7. Perform any other ad-hoc duties assigned.

Requirements

1. Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical/Electrical) or relevant work experience in Petroleum/Oil and Gas is preferred.
2. At least 3 years of working experience, preferably in Plant.
3. Experience ensuring overall maintenance and repair works of the plant equipment.
