Procurement:

1. Manage sourcing and procurement of materials to ensure timely, cost-effective supply and meet inventory requirements.
2. Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and logistics partners to ensure quality, reliability, and cost efficiency.

Team Leadership:

1. Lead and develop the operations team to foster high morale, performance, and operational efficiency.

Process Improvement:

1. Identify and implement strategies to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and refine business processes.

Customer Satisfaction:

1. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by addressing operational issues promptly and incorporating feedback into improvements.
