Job Summary: Nanyang Technology University (NTU) seeks an experienced Operations Lead to oversee programme management and delivery. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end programme delivery, ensuring prompt communication, prioritizing tasks, and effectively managing unexpected situations.
Key Responsibilities
Programme Management: Oversee all operational aspects of programme management and delivery, including responding to customer enquiries, lead management, course application processing, funding compliance paperwork, onsite support, and liaison with various stakeholders.
Customer Engagement: Engage with prospective clients/participants to ensure a positive experience.
Task Prioritization: Prioritize roles and tasks when handling multiple programmes and high volumes of applications with tight timelines.
Crisis Management: Manage unexpected situations that may arise before or during programme delivery, utilising effective communication and problem-solving skills.
Technology Adaptation: Adapt to online platforms or hybrid learning modes on short notice.
Funding Compliance: Ensure compliance with SSG guidelines and regulations.
Data Analysis: Analyse data collected from programmes to draw insights, improve operations, and inform decision-making.
Requirements
Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
Work Experience: At least 4 years' work experience in programme management, event management, or customer service roles, preferably in fast-paced large organisations or educational/CET environments.
Technical Competencies: Proficient in office software, including MS Office, Zoom, Teams.
Interpersonal Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written).
Collaboration: Able to work independently and as part of a team.
Multitasking: Multi-tasking in fast-paced environments with attention to detail.
