8.00AM to 5.45PM
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and lead a team of stocktakers in executing inventory stocktakes.
Develop and manage the annual stocktake schedule for inventories located at Changi and Tuas Naval Warehouses, including RSN Unit stocktakes.
Coordinate with relevant authorities to generate monthly item lists for stocktaking based on predefined schedules.
Oversee the creation of stocktake Physical Inventory (PI) records in the Authority System and Enterprise System (ES), ensuring proper interfacing and creation in the Warehouse Management System (WMS).
Lead and guide the stocktaking team in conducting physical counts and data entry via WMS, including on-site counts at RSN Units/Ships.
Monitor the completion of PI processes and ensure accurate data entry into the ES system.
Liaise with Authority Points of Contact (POC) to generate Discrepancy Lists (SD Lists).
Collaborate with the warehouse team to verify and resolve any discrepancies identified during the stocktake process.
Prepare and compile monthly and annual stocktake reports for submission.
Carry out ad hoc tasks as assigned by the Site or Program Lead.
Requirements:
Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Warehouse Management, or a related field.
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in warehouse operations, stocktaking, or inventory control.
Proven experience in leading or supervising a team.
Proficient in using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and Enterprise Systems (ES).
Familiar with creating and managing Physical Inventory (PI) in logistics software.
Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks and schedules effectively.
Willing to travel to different sites within Singapore.
Possess own transport would be advantageous.
