Operations Lead

As an Operations Lead, you will lead and support a variety of tasks, working closely with partners, leading teams, providing excellent customer service, and managing operational functions.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Manage daily operations to ensure seamless workflow and adequate product supply.
2. Support internal and external teams to improve brand growth.
3. Lead kitchen crew when needed.
4. Perform other adhoc operational duties as needed.

Key Requirements:

1. Independent and proactive.
2. Strong organisational skills with a positive attitude.
3. Physically fit.
4. Must be willing to learn to cook and learn the kitchen processes.
5. Valid Food Hygiene Certification.
6. Background in/Comfortable with e-commerce platforms is preferred, though not necessary.
7. Basic kitchen and cooking knowledge is preferred.
8. Proficiency in Excel and data-capturing analysis.
