• Communicate effectively with vessel owners, charterers, port authorities, agents, and shipbrokers.
• Ensure prompt handling of emails and communications.
• Learn and adhere to industry regulations and operational procedures.
• Support counter-parties on demurrage claims and other shipment-related matters.
• Issue and follow up on broker commission invoices.
