Position: Operations Executive [Medical Transport] Employment

Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities:

· Manage daily operations of medical transport services, including scheduling and dispatching vehicles.

· Supervise and coordinate with Medical Transport Operators (MTOs) and Medical Technicians (MTs).

· Ensure timely and safe transportation of patients and medical equipment.

· Monitor fleet usage, maintenance schedules, and compliance with operational standards.

· Collaborate with the Operations Manager to improve service efficiency and quality.

· Handle inquiries and resolve operational issues effectively.

· Maintain accurate records and generate regular operational reports.

Requirements:

· Minimum - Educational Qualification - Diploma in Logistics, Healthcare, or related fields].

· Proven experience in operations management or a similar role (medical transport experience preferred).

· Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.

· Strong communication and leadership abilities.

· Familiarity with transport regulations and compliance standards.

· Proficiency in MS Office, Powerpoint, etc, Fleet management systems.
