Operations Executive (Logistics & Building)

Job Responsibilities:

1. Ensure factory facilities are in compliance with agencies regulations/guidelines
2. Track & follow up on annual or periodical inspection & license renewal
3. Perform & coordinate routine inspections on maintenance of building facilities
4. Raise, monitor and coordinate maintenance/repair work assignments
5. Ensure and coordinate pest control and housekeeping control measures in the factory
6. Management of security guards on site
7. Manage and oversee evaluation of warehouse operators
8. Support logistics on document & inventory management
9. Ensure Local, Export and Online orders are delivered on time to customers
10. Any other duties as assigned by the Company from time to time

Job Requirements:

1. Min 1 year experience in Food Factory Operations
2. Able to converse well
3. Team Player
4. 5.5 work days
