Ensure factory facilities (Fire, Security, Building, etc.) are in compliance with agency regulations/guidelines and company procedures/standards.
Track and follow up on annual or periodical inspections and license renewals (Fire certificate, Diesel storage, Gas storage, Lift usage).
Perform and coordinate routine inspections on maintenance of building facilities/general facilities hygiene cleanliness to ensure factory operation at optimum levels and environmental compliance.
Raise, monitor, and coordinate maintenance/repair work assignments by technicians performing property maintenance works.
Ensure and coordinate pest control and housekeeping control measures in the factory are performed in accordance with approved procedures.
Maintain records for entry and exit of all visitors, contractors, suppliers, vendors, and officers from MOM, NEA, AVA, and SCDF.
Manage security guards on site and liaise with the security company.
Provide weekly/monthly report updates (Duty Roster/Attendance).
Manage and oversee evaluation of warehouse operators and cleaners to improve their skills and efficiency.
2. Logistic Management
Support logistics on document and inventory management.
Ensure local, export, and online orders are delivered on time to customers; ensure compliance with company SOP.
Ensure smooth coordination with the warehouse on all orders.
Monitor inventory movement based on actual sales with forecasts.
Authorize overrides for the warehouse head to handle warehouse operations whenever necessary.
Stand in for staff regarding local, export, and online orders whenever necessary.
Perform any other duties as assigned by the company from time to time. The company also reserves the right to transfer you to other sections or departments and enlarge your job scope if necessary.
Job Requirements
Minimum 1 year experience in food factory operations.
