As a Operations Executive (Healthcare), you will be responsible for the following duties:

  • Supporting matters related to services under Allied Health and Operations.
  • Assist in developing and maintenance of a filing system for both existing and new services.
  • Participate in the creation and implementation of operational processes, systems, and procedures to support new services.
  • Support the Operations Manager in managing service contracts, generating monthly reports on expenses, performance, satisfaction levels, and ensuring continuous service improvement.
  • Track the expiry and renewal dates of service/maintenance contracts for Operations.
  • Assist in sourcing quotations and preparing vendor evaluations.
  • Support the implementation and operation of pandemic and business continuity plans in line with the hospital-wide response plan, as needed.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance service delivery across various operational areas.
  • Assist the Operations Manager in coordinating internal and external audits and inspections, ensuring compliance with all regulatory standards.
  • Arrange meetings, prepare agendas, and take minutes during meetings as required.
  • Undertake other tasks as delegated by the Operations Manager, including supporting the expansion and development of new services or projects.

Food Services Support:

  • Assist in managing inpatient meal processes to ensure high food quality and a positive patient experience.
  • Address feedback from ward staff, patients, and families to continuously improve food services.
  • Collaborate with the infection control team to inspect food services (both inpatient and retail), ensuring compliance with health standards.

Linen & Laundry Services:

  • Support linen and laundry services by monitoring stock levels and ensuring sufficient linen is available for the wards.
  • Conduct regular inspections in collaboration with the infection control team to maintain high standards for linen and laundry services.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Degree education.
  • At least 3 years of relevant working experiences.
