Operations Executive, Environmental Services

You will assist to ensure a clean and safe environment for patients, visitors, and staff by collaborating and working closely with Infection Prevention and Epidemiology (IPE) and Cleaning Service Partner in monitoring and improving the environmental cleaning in the Hospital to uphold and align with the rising standards in healthcare cleaning.

You will ensure proper execution according to the MOH cleaning standards to ensure proper governance and management of environmental cleaning, which includes areas such as quality management system, human resource management, cleaning processes, procurement of cleaning agents, equipment, disinfectants, and cleaning technology.

You will provide data analysis support in Infection Control surveillance and training programs as well as be involved in projects.

Job Requirements

1. Degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Environmental or Healthcare related field is desirable with 1 to 3 years of working experience
2. Proficiency in Microsoft applications and Statistical Methods
3. Good interpersonal and communication skills
