Working Hours: Monday to Friday - 12pm to 9pm; Saturday - 9am to 1pm (Rotation Basis)

Location: Changi North

Requirements

1. Minimum Diploma and above in Logistics / Business Administration
2. Prior experience in Air Freight Environment will be advantageous

Job Description

1. Adhering to Export Procedures
2. Prepare and manage export documentation, including shipping documents and export permits.
3. Ensure accuracy and completeness of export-related paperwork.
4. Ensure compliance with import standards and company requirements.
5. Coordinate with customs brokers or authorities to ensure compliance with import regulations and procedures.
6. Address inquiries, resolve issues, and provide assistance to ensure internal and external customer satisfaction.
7. Organize and manage logistics for the importation process, including shipping, transportation, and warehousing arrangements.
8. Liaise with internal & external service providers to ensure timely delivery.
9. Other ad hoc duties assigned.
