Job description
Responsibilities

Daily Operations
  • Ensure smooth and efficient daily operations of the company.
  • Direct and schedule team to perform tasks and meet the company’s requirements.
Inventory & Order Management
  • Manage inventory, order processing, warehouse operations, logistics, and demand planning.
  • Update inventory on the online partner portal.
  • Process orders and update delivery status promptly.
Customer Service
  • Understand customers’ needs and handle complaints in a professional manner.
  • Provide appropriate solutions and attention to customers’ issues.
  • Consistently deliver excellent quality service to achieve total customer satisfaction.
  • Delight customers by exceeding their expectations.
  • Obtain customer feedback and identify areas for improvement.
  • Establish good relations with corporate customers for bulk purchases.
Event Management
  • Manage events organized by the company.
  • Be involved in special projects and events, working alongside other departments.
General Administration
  • Undertake ad-hoc activities and assignments as required.
