Operations Executive for a Glass Processing Company

Job Description & Requirements

1. Assist and take charge of daily operational work, which can include administrative, supply chain, and production duties.
2. Follow up with client's sales inquiries and leads.
3. Handle projects from start to end.
4. Liase with the production team on orders and supply chain management.
5. Prepare, organize, collate, and submit all required operational and HR documentation to achieve compliance guidelines and deadlines.
6. Forecast, plan, and deploy manpower duties and schedules to meet production requirements.
7. Support and track submission of reports, quotations, orders, and fulfillment.
