Operations Executive

Covenant Community Methodist Church (CCMC) is seeking an organised, detail-oriented Operations Executive who cares about creating environments where ministry and community can thrive to join our team. The role involves coordinating room bookings, overseeing property maintenance, logistics support, and leading the Traffic Marshal Ministry.

Responsibilities:

1. Manage room bookings and prepare facilities for church events and meetings.
2. Oversee maintenance, care, and operational efficiency of facilities and equipment.
3. Work closely with the Property Management Committee to manage budgets, contracts, and expenses.
4. Conduct verification and disposal of fixed assets.
5. Coordinate part-time support staff, including cleaners, gardeners, and refreshment service providers.
6. Oversee the Traffic Marshal Ministry.

Requirements:

1. Some experience in facilities or property management.
2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
3. Detail-oriented, proactive, with a collaborative mindset.
4. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends or evenings. Sunday work is a must.
5. Knowledge of traffic safety, emergency response, and first aid is an advantage.
