Operations Executive

Due to business expansion plans in Singapore, we are looking for dynamic individuals to join our organization.

Job Descriptions:

1. Preparing shipping documents and air-freight/sea-freight documentation
2. Liaising between officers, agents, and clients to ensure timely delivery arrangements
3. Coordinating with permit declarants for customs documentation
4. Verifying vendors’ invoices and agents' debit notes
5. Arranging payments to co-loaders and carriers
6. Keeping track of orders and ensuring payment terms are adhered to
7. Delivering timely and exceptional internal/external customer service related to shipment status/coordination
8. Declaring daily cargo clearance/export permits through TradeWeb
9. Maintaining permit records

Requirements:

1. Diploma in any discipline
2. Minimum 2 years’ experience
3. Experience in freight forwarding preferred
4. Self-motivated and able to work as a team
5. Good communication skills
6. Knowledge in import goods and customs documentation will be advantageous
