Operations Executive

We're seeking a proactive Operations Executive to support efficient clinic operations and maintain high standards of patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Support daily clinic operations and implement standard operating procedures.
2. Be the main liaison between the clinic, delivery, and concierge team.
3. Coordinate with internal departments to optimize processes.
4. Assist in implementing new initiatives and workflows.
5. Understand and stay updated with information regarding insurance programs and funding sources.
6. Perform billing and adjustments in clinic systems and insurance portals.
7. Manage patient records and clinic supplies inventory in compliance with the respective regulations and guidelines.
8. Respond to queries and escalations from doctors, patients, and other stakeholders professionally.
9. Compile reports and support the Team Lead in operational tasks.

What You’ll Bring:

1. Experience in clinic operations or healthcare administration preferred.
